Indrek Rahumaa

Mr. Indrek Rahumaa, an Estonian national, was a founding member and a partner of Baltic Cresco Investment Group AS, a founding member of Tallinn Stock Exchange and served as the CFO for the Estonian national air carrier Estonian Air.

Indrek has also served as a member of the Listing Committee of the OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange and has served on the Boards of Mieszko and Silvano Fashion Group, companies listed on Tallinn and Warsaw Stock Exchanges.

He was the Chairman of the Board of Alta Capital Partners, a Baltic and CEE investment group and is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of European Lingerie Group AB, a vertically integrated lingerie group owning Lauma Fabrics, a Latvian fabrics producer, Felina, a German lingerie producer and Dessus-Dessous, the French market leader in online sales of lingerie.

Baiba Birzniece

Mrs. Baiba Birzniece started her career 4 years with KPMG Baltics, then gained experience working as a corporate development manager at Lattelecom and senior advisor at Alta Capital Partners to become a CFO of Silvano Fashoin Group (public) and CFO of Selena Oil & Gas Holding (public).

Baiba is a Latvian national; she holds a degree from Vidzeme University and is ACCA certified. Baiba is member of the Management team of European Lingerie Group AB.

Mr. Maris Macijevskis has nearly 15 years of experience in key roles in the banking sector, recently as Head of Corporate Client Service Department at Citadele Bank in Riga, Latvia.

Maris is a Latvian national. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and a Master of Science degree in International Economics from University of Latvia. Maris is a CFA charterholder.

John Bonfield

Mr. John Bonfield, a UK investor, has held various senior positions at financial institutions including as a Director of LCF Rothschild Securities where he established and managed the Emerging Markets Fund division.

Since 1997 he has managed his own investment group Bryum Capital Ltd specializing in Eastern Europe and Emerging Markets and has managed funds in excess of US$400 million. The Group has a number of investments in the Baltic countries.

John holds an honours degree in Economics from Bath University and is a fellow of the UK Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
